I'm not a fan of cauliflower, but when a variety of sources tell me how wonderful the stuff tastes once roasted, how do I not try it.
WOW! It tastes nothing like cauliflower. And, it's quick and easy to roast:
Preheat oven to 400 or 425.
Cut up cauliflower. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put onto baking sheet.
Pop into oven for about 10 minutes or so, until the cauliflower starts to go brown.
Remove from oven and generously sprinkle lots of parmesan cheese over it.
Return to oven for another 10 minutes or so, until it's browner and the cheese is melted and browned.
Enjoy in one sitting.
