Best Things: Roasted Cauliflower

Recently I've seen a fair bit about roasted cauliflower and how utterly amazing it is.

I'm not a fan of cauliflower, but when a variety of sources tell me how wonderful the stuff tastes once roasted, how do I not try it.

WOW! It tastes nothing like cauliflower. And, it's quick and easy to roast:
Preheat oven to 400 or 425.
Cut up cauliflower. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put onto baking sheet.

Pop into oven for about 10 minutes or so, until the cauliflower starts to go brown.
Remove from oven and generously sprinkle lots of parmesan cheese over it.

Return to oven for another 10 minutes or so, until it's browner and the cheese is melted and browned.

Enjoy in one sitting.

  1. Mmmmm, maybe I'll try it too! Looks delish!

  2. Oh it looks amazing! I do essentially the same thing with brussels sprouts - you have to use the tiniest ones, rinse, cut off the ends and then roast on parchment paper in olive oil and sea salt (no cheese though, hehe :). I've been meaning to post the recipe on my blog.

I'm definitely going to give this one a try - thanks!!
