The New Door: ScrapStacks

The other day I lamented the disbanding of Jessica Sprague's creative team. However, as so happens with life, timing is everything.

Shortly after I learned of the disbanding, I found Essentially, it's like Pinterest for scrapbookers!

Layout after layout to look admire, oodles of supplies to desire...and lots of time eaten up. You can post your own layouts - but only your own. You can "restack" (like repinning) a layout to your own boards. And best of all, you can simply "like" a layout. It's a truly wonderful site if you are a scrapbooker.

The site is far more than eye candy. Every month you can purchase a Scrap Pack for $5US. In the Scrap Pack you will get three digital kits. November is the first Scrap Pack month and there are three terrific collaboration kits from The Lily Pad, Scrap Orchard, and Sweet Shoppe Designs. This means nothing to you if you are not a digiscrapper, but if you are a digiscrapper, I have no doubt you will know some of the designers at these shops.

But, I digress.

A few days after I learned of my fate with Jessica, Scrap Stacks had its own creative team call. The planets aligned just so and I was one of the lucky ones selected! Essentially, I will need to make at layouts with the kits, and write a couple of blog posts each month. Fun!!

My first layout, from The Lily Pad's collaboration kit, Grateful:

If you're a scrapbooker, find some time and check out this fabulous site when you have a few moments (or hours!).

And feel free to check out some of my boards here.

  1. Scrap Stacks knows a good thing when they see it! Have fun!

  2. YAY!
I really like that cute little flower.
It sounds like you're having fun!
