2. I had a yoga pass I had to finish using before it expired last week. I managed to get in 5 classes in just over a week. I expected these classes to wear me out a bit, but to the contrary, by the end of my pass I felt more relaxed, stronger, and less stiff. I won't be able to keep up that pace, but I'm definitely going to continue with at least one class a week, and make some effort to incorporate some of the poses into my daytime routine.
Now I'm going to go and enjoy some springtime weather.
